College student Alice tries to adjust to her new school after transferring because of a previous suicide attempt. As she discusses her life and the meaninglessness of it with her spontaneous and fun friend Chelsea, Alice slowly starts to feel a hint of hope. Just as everything seems to be getting brighter for Alice, Chelsea doesn’t turn up to school the next day. Alice’s worst fears turn true when she discovers Chelsea has taken her own life, hanging herself by their favorite tree. Sometimes it’s the happiest ones that we need to worry about the most.
